Warren man wants charge of lying about military service thrown out

Can someone find and beat this fuckstain for being a poser? Seriously. Where is the Stolen Valor Act when you really need it… Oh yeah that’s right – lying is protected by the first amendment. Shucks…

WARREN, Ohio (WYTV) – Keith Chandler of Warren was expected to plead guilty Thursday to charges of forging his military discharge papers in order to get purple heart license plates.

At the last minute, Chandler changed his mind and asked to file a motion to have the charges dismissed.

If the judge does not dismiss the charge, Chandler’s case will go before a jury in February.

One Response to Warren man wants charge of lying about military service thrown out

  1. As a military man myself and having more than a few friends that have been injured or killed in the service of this country I believe faking service or pretending you got awards you didn’t is right up there with violent crimes. People that lie about service in order to get preferential treatment make me sick. I think they should all be taken to the woodshed and water boarded.
